I am a qualifed teacher with over 20 years experience working in education. My main interest in teaching was always Science
and Computer Science. I became Science Lead and wrote a whole-school science curriculum alongside a new policy. I created
resources and stocked equipment with a limited budget.
After leaving teaching, I returned to coding and completed a Level 5 diploma in web development to update
my knowledge and skills - I received a distinction in this course and I now work for a tech company helping to train trainee
web developers which has meant a huge improvement in my debugging and problem solving skills.
I enjoy creating websites alongside those I am building them for and making them look great!
In my spare time, I enjoy looking after all of our animals, reading books and being outside in nature. I enjoy attempting DIY and usually ending up with something functional but not very pretty.
